Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Aarohi Talent Solutions | Recruitment & HR Services, we are committed to providing high-quality recruitment, staffing, career consulting, and HR solutions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to maintain transparency and ensure mutual trust between our clients and our company.

1. Service-Based Nature

All our services are customized and delivered digitally/virtually, based on client requirements.

Since we do not sell physical products, refunds are subject to evaluation based on service progress and work delivered.

2. Cancellation Policy
  • Before Service Initiation: If a client cancels the service before work has started, up to 70% of the total amount paid may be refunded.
  • After Service Initiation: Once the work has started (such as job posting, resume sourcing, interview coordination, candidate shortlisting, etc.), no full refund will be provided.
  • Delayed Response / Incomplete Requirements from Client: If a client fails to provide required information or delays communication, Aarohi Talent Solutions | Recruitment & HR Services shall not be responsible for delays, and no refund will be applicable.
3. Refund Conditions

Refunds will only be applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Double payment made by mistake – full refund after verification.
  • Service not initiated due to internal reasons at our end – full or partial refund based on case evaluation.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment.
4. Non-Refundable Services
  • Customized HR services such as recruitment campaigns, CV shortlisting, job postings, consultancy sessions, training modules, or digital HR documentation once delivered/initiated.
  • Any third-party services purchased on behalf of the client.
5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.
