3. Employer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, lawful, and non-discriminatory job descriptions and requirements.
• Understand that hiring decisions remain solely the employer’s responsibility; we only facilitate sourcing, screening, and advisory services.

• Comply with all applicable laws including labour, diversity & inclusion, and workplace norms.

4. Candidate Responsibilities

• Provide true, complete, and accurate information in resumes, applications, and during assessments.
• Understand that we are not responsible for outcomes arising from false or misleading information.
• Accept that training, career guidance, and advisory services are supportive in nature and do not guarantee results.

5. Background Verification (BGV) Disclaimer

BGV is conducted based on data provided by candidates, employers, academic institutions, and third-party agencies.

We do not warrant the absolute authenticity of third-party data. Employers should use BGV reports as supporting tools, not the sole basis for decisions.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We take reasonable measures to safeguard personal and business information. However, we are not liable for breaches caused by third-party actions beyond our control.

Employers and candidates agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information exchanged through our services.

7. Service Fees & Payments

Employers/clients must pay agreed fees for recruitment, consulting, payroll, legal, and other services as per signed contracts/proposals. Fees remain payable even if:

• A candidate voluntarily declines the job offer, or
• The employer withdraws the position after services are rendered.

Any applicable taxes, levies, or statutory deductions will be borne by the client in addition to service fees.

8. Non-Solicitation

Employers/clients agree not to directly solicit, hire, or engage employees, consultants, or contractors of Aarohi Talent Solutions during the engagement and for 12 months thereafter, without prior written consent. Any breach will attract financial compensation as per contract.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, branding, training materials, reports, and methodologies belong to Aarohi Talent Solutions unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Indemnity
