Shipping / Service Delivery Policy

Since Aarohi Talent Solutions | Recruitment & HR Services is a service-based company, there is no physical shipping or delivery of goods. However, to maintain clarity, the following Service Delivery Policy applies:


1. Nature of Delivery
  • All services are delivered digitally or through virtual methods such as email, phone calls, video meetings, HR portals, or client dashboards.
  • No physical shipment, courier, or logistics are involved.

2. Service Activation Timeline

Services will be initiated within 2–5 working days after successful payment and receipt of all necessary information/documents from the client.


3. Mode of Service Delivery
  • Recruitment & Staffing Services: Candidate sourcing, interviews, and updates via email/phone.
  • HR Consulting / Training: Delivered via online meetings, shared documents, or virtual platforms.
  • Documentation, reports, or agreements: Delivered via email in PDF/DOC format.

4. Client Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate information, job descriptions, candidate criteria, and documents on time.
  • Ensure active communication to avoid delays in service execution.

5. Non-Delivery Situations
  • Delays or failure due to client-side delay/non-cooperation.
  • Technical issues or unforeseen circumstances (force majeure). In such cases, both parties may agree on a revised timeline.
